Overall great experience and always a great lift before work. Was in Orlando for a little over a week and the environment was there and music. Seeing everyone trying to achieve there goals and having a successful. If you are in Orlando, check out this gym! 40 bucks for a week and 20 bucks for a day. Not bad for the price.

Love power strength gym! All the bets things about a mom and pops gym. Great strength training equipment with serious lifters and even has a showers so I can get my mid day workouts in and get back tot he office! Ryan is super nice at the front desk and always greets you!

Heavy duty, hard core, full service gym. 🏋🏻Spacious health and fitness gym. 💪🏽. If you’re looking for a complete gym fully equipped to get in a comprehensive work-out, this is the place. 💪🏼. Bring your own water bottle. No water fountain. But full service restroom with showers. Lots of young people here who are serious about their health. 💪🏾. Lots of trophies and photos on the wall. Excellent facility.

Amazing gym, everything needed for a gruesome leg day! A lot of experienced lifters, great atmosphere, and huge selection of equipment to get that workout done for the week. One thing I didn’t like was the obnoxious little girls taking photos in the mirror and hogging machines. But, other than that, amazing bodybuilding gym! Lastly, Byron had to be the greatest, most humble, and helpful bodybuilder I’ve ever met! His amazing customer service even under pressure was very impressive and professional. Byron is the man!!

Leah was very friendly when I came in AND honest. I asked if it was $18 for the day and instead of saying yes and keeping it she said no and that the first time was free. Then later she was very helpful when I inquired about membership costs. As far as the gym I loved how the dumbbells go past 100’s since I’m ok with 120’s (the max dumbbell is 200), they have stairmasters, it feel very old school in there which I like and it wasn’t FREEZING like other gyms so you can actually work up a sweat! 10/10 experience for my first time here!

Best true non commercial bodybuilder and powerlifter gym. They have real professional trainers who compete. Super clean all the equipment you need and the new café is yummy

I've trained at several gyms, but Power Strength Gym has a unique energy. You don't come here to "hang out," you come here to build strength, discipline, and real results. The atmosphere is motivating, the people are focused, and the machines are top-notch.
